What are my shipping charges?

Shipping charges are waived if you checked out your cart with a registered account.

For guest check out, shipping charge of $3.95 will apply for orders below $50.

 

How long does it take for delivery?

Your order will be delivered between 3 – 5 business days after your purchase. An email will be sent to you once the product is shipped and passed to the courier. Login to your account to check your order status and if you have any queries, write to us at customerservice@wahlsea.com.

 

Is GST already included in the prices displayed?

We eliminate the guess work for you – all applicable taxes are included in the order total at checkout.

 

How do I track my parcel using the tracking number sent to me?

Click here and key in the tracking number that is sent to you, you will be able to see status of your parcel.

 

Why did I not receive a tracking number?

Tracking number will be sent to you via email once we have passed the parcel over to our courier partner. If you have not received the email, it means that we have yet to pass the parcel over.

 

Why is my order late?

We aim to deliver your parcel within the committed delivery times but sometimes, unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery. We apologize in advance and assure you that this is not the standard that we uphold ourselves and our partners to.

 

Do you have an option for express delivery?

We do not have this option currently but will be working towards giving you more delivery options in time to come – stay tune for our updates!

 

What should I do if I am unable to receive the product at the time of delivery?
